Zentron USA 5-Year Warranty
At Zentron USA, we are committed to providing industry-leading reliability and customer service. As dedicated users of our own products, we understand that failure is not an option. That’s why we offer a 5-Year Warranty and an industry-first 5-Day Repair Guarantee.
Warranty Coverage
During the 5-year warranty period, Zentron USA will repair or replace any optic that becomes defective under normal use. If we cannot repair your optic within 5 business days of receiving it, we will offer a replacement in equal or better condition.
Our warranty is tied to the product, not the original owner. The warranty period begins from the date of sale to the dealer or upon end-user registration.
What is Covered?
✅ Defects from normal use
✅ Full coverage for parts & labor during the warranty period
✅ 5-Day Repair Guarantee – if repairs exceed 5 days, we offer a replacement
What is NOT Covered?
❌ Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
❌ Normal wear and tear
❌ Intentional damage, theft, or loss
❌ Acts of God (natural disasters, fire, flooding, etc.)
❌ Misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
❌ Any product that has been opened, tampered with, or had its serial number altered (warranty will be voided)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) – No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Contact info@zentronusa.com to start the process.
- Ship the product to Zentron USA – Customers are responsible for shipping the defective unit to us.
- Repair or Replacement – If we can’t repair your optic within 5 business days, we will replace it with an equal or better product.
- Return Shipping Covered – Zentron USA will ship the repaired or replacement product back to you at no cost.
Additional Legal Information
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by state. Zentron USA is not responsible for damages or loss incurred during shipping to our facility.

Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@zentronusa.com.
Order Cancellation
- To cancel your order, please contact info@zentronusa.com before your order ships.
- Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or rerouted.
- Orders canceled before shipping will receive a full refund (funds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank).
Refunds for Shipped Orders

If your order has already shipped, you must request an RMA to return it for a refund.

Contact Zentron USA Customer Support within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the product.

Deductions may apply for missing items or shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of approval, but your bank may take 5-10 business days to complete the transaction.
Returns Beyond 30 Days
- Returns after 30 days from delivery require approval from customer service or technical support.
- Returns beyond 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
- Zentron USA reserves the right to make final decisions on all returns.
Shipping & Incorrect Orders
Shipping Errors
- Zentron USA is not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
- If an error is identified before the shipping label is created, we will do our best to correct it.
- Once an order is in transit, it cannot be rerouted for buyer protection and fraud prevention.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments must be handled through the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS).
Incorrect or Missing Items
- If you receive an incorrect product, contact info@zentronusa.com for an RMA to receive the correct item.
- If any items are missing from your shipment, notify Zentron USA Customer Support to initiate a claim.
Refinishing & Modifications
- Using air-cured Cerakote or paint will not void the warranty.
However, oven-cured Cerakote will void the warranty. - If a refinished optic requires replacement, it will be exchanged for one of equal or better condition with a factory finish.
- Zentron USA is not responsible for lens damage caused by overspray or any non-factory modifications.
